Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic School is seeking a supportive and dedicated Part‑Time Second Grade Paraprofessional to assist the classroom teacher in creating a positive, faith‑centered, and academically enriching environment. This role provides essential support to students and teachers by reinforcing instructional goals, assisting with daily routines, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming classroom. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, demonstrates patience and professionalism, and is committed to the mission of Catholic education.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a warm, calm presence and a genuine desire to support students’ academic and personal growth. This part‑time role requires reliability, flexibility, and a spirit of service toward students, families, and staff. The Second Grade Paraprofessional is expected to uphold the values of Our Lady of the Pillar and contribute positively to the school community.
