Main Street Pub - Bartender's Needed

As a Bartender at Main Street Pub, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent in preparing beverages, recommending drinks based on customer preferences, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve drinks and snacks to bar customers
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Nurture customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Check customers' IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance

Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• ServSafe Alcohol Certificate
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
