Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Colorado Springs, Colorado
Salary: $38-$40/hr.

Required Skills:

• Valid BCBA certification and licensure
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Experience conducting assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Sound professional judgment and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising BCaBAs and staff
• Knowledge of IEP and ISP processes
• Bilingual abilities or additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities, ideally within a clinical or educational setting

Other Requirements:

• Must adhere to professional and legal standards
• Ability to attend in-person meetings; this is not a remote role. 100% onsite!
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Eligibility to oversee client treatment as per licensing standards
