Vineyards Country Club is seeking a personable, polished, and service-oriented Full-Time Concierge to serve as the first point of welcome for our members and guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, memorable experiences.

Position Overview:

As a Concierge, you will act as a key resource and primary point of contact, assisting members and guests with a wide range of needs while providing attentive, personalized service. This position plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every interaction reflects the Club’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner. 
• Provide information about Club amenities, events, and services. 
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and member requests efficiently. 
• Take reservations and cancellations for member events.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. 
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Anticipate member needs and deliver personalized service. 

Schedule:

• Full-time position. 
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
