Digital Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities include:

Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters,
  • promotional emails, and automated user journeys.
  • Create and maintain email marketing templates with custom graphic design assets,
  • ensuring brand consistency and responsive layouts.
  • Track, analyze, and translate campaign performance data (open rates, click-through
  • rates, conversions) into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Manager to upkeep and segment email subscriber lists for targeted
  • messaging.
Website Design, Troubleshooting, and Management:
  • Assist in creating landing page wireframes and mockup, utilizing Webflow to design
  • and implement engaging visual elements for our websites.
  • Test website functionality across different browsers and devices, perform regular
  • maintenance tasks, and debug basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript errors.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team in maintaining website content by performing
  • basic edits and management tasks like image resizing, menu changes, color
  • correction, and document uploads.
SEO & Analytics:
  • Perform SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations, focusing on semantic
  • HTML, metadata, and site speed to improve organic discoverability.
  • Support ADA compliance audits, implement necessary changes to website content
  • and structure (including SEO considerations like alt text, semantic HTML, and
  • accessible link text) to improve accessibility, and maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Track conversion funnels and user behavior, consolidating data into actionable
  • monthly and quarterly insights.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, proactively following up with restaurant
  • and marketing team members to gather necessary information.
  • Provide support to Marketing Team members on digital-related questions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Digital Marketing Team with
  • organization of our digital tools and asset libraries across Dropbox and Asana.
  • Willing to take on additional tasks and projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar
  • technical-creative role.
  • Sample work demonstrating web design projects, email campaign builds, or other
  • graphic design case studies.
  • Organizational skills with experience governing digital asset libraries.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools to track tasks, gather
  • assets from stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and
  • emerging technologies as our digital ecosystem evolves.
Preferred / Plus:
  • A passion for the restaurant industry and an understanding of its target audience.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on long-format digital

Physical Requirements:  

  • Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds  
  • Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals  
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces  
  • Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
