Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Drafter specializing in architectural, structural, and civil design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and schematics that serve as the foundation for construction and system design projects. Your expertise will support architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the entire development process, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across various sectors while honing your drafting skills with cutting-edge tools and software.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for architectural, structural, and civil projects using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and Rhinoceros 3D.

Create accurate schematics, system designs, and construction documents that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Utilize SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max, and other visualization tools to produce realistic renderings and presentations for client review.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret design concepts into precise technical drawings.

Incorporate feedback from project teams to refine drawings while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for construction processes including interior design layouts, mechanical systems, and graphic representations.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and best practices for drafting and system design.

Qualifications

Proven experience in architectural, structural, or civil drafting with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency.

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and/or Civil-3D.

Knowledge of construction processes, schematic development, interior design principles, mechanical design concepts, and graphic design is preferred.

Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and translate them into clear schematics suitable for construction teams.
