Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid / Onsite)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, US Citizen

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure effective delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to remove obstacles to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives .
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Track project progress and deliverables using Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps .
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and company standards .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field .
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) .
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Trello .
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
