Sushi Noz, a Michelin two star, Omakase restaurant in NYC, is opening a beautiful newly built Sushi Noz LA, in Century City this summer. We are seeking an exceptional Omakase chef with experience in a highly acclaimed Omakase restaurants in the US or abroad to join Sushi Noz LA. 

The Sushi Chef will work in collaboration and with the support and direction of Chef Noz to lead culinary team to execute a fresh, world class Omakase menu and experience for discerning guests in our beautiful new location in Century City.

The role requires:

• Exceptional skills and experience in a lead culinary role at an acclaimed Omakase location. 
• Open, full-time availability, typically a 5 day workweek. 
• Must be willing to travel to New York for training as required. 
• Ability to speak Japanese and understanding of Japanese culture is a plus.
