WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
You'll be cleaning some of the most beautiful homes in Boulder and surrounding areas. These are not rushed, cut-corners jobs. Our clients pay for the real thing and that's exactly what we deliver.
— Thorough cleaning of luxury residential homes — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces
— Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays — attention to detail, fast turnaround
— Deep cleans and move-in/move-out services
— Before and after photos submitted after every job
— Following the Loftly cleaning checklist — thorough, consistent, every time
— Using our non-toxic, eco-conscious cleaning products throughout

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ You're reliable. When you say you'll be somewhere, you're there. On time. Every time. Without needing a follow-up.

✓ You have experience. At least one year cleaning private homes, luxury properties, or high-end short-term rentals preferred.
✓ You have reliable transportation. You can get to homes across West LA consistently.

REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE
We take the trust our clients place in us seriously. Every member of our team goes through the same process — no exceptions, no shortcuts.
✓ Background check required — criminal history, identity verification, sex offender registry
✓ Minimum 2 verifiable references from previous cleaning or housekeeping work (we will call them)
✓ Paid trial clean before first client placement
✓ Reliable personal transportation to reach Boulder Neighborhoods
✓ Smartphone required — for job notifications, photo reports, and team communication
✓ Eligible to work in the United States
