Title: Mechanical Design Engineer with CREO

Location: Peoria, IL

Responsibilities

• Manage the Seal and Mount Solutions print issues website which is the tool used to submit and track all print and part requests.
• Create seal, gasket, and mount models in CREO using input from design control engineers and existing parts as templates for best practices.
• Create detailed prints of new parts and resolve issues with the existing product line prints.
• Actively participate in PLM training, updates, and communications and be a liaison of pertinent information to the design engineers.
• Utilize offshore detailers to buffer the workload during peak demand.
• Track monthly errors and develop corrective actions to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the print releasing process.
• Create, maintain, and update standard work documentation related to modeling the seals, gasket, and mounts portfolio.

Top Candidates Will Have

• Proficiency in Teamcenter including Captain responsibilities
• Proficiency in CREO including sheet metal module, variable geometry, and family tables.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build cooperative relationships across the team
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings.
