Our client is a performance-focused paid media and digital advertising agency that partners with e-commerce, lead gen, and growth-oriented brands to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. They provide a full-service paid ads strategy, creative production, campaign management, tracking setup, and optimization.
As a Paid Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term partnerships. You will be the focal point with clients, sharing campaign updates, presenting performance insights, and coordinating with internal performance teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery. The role focuses on client retention, account growth opportunities, and providing strong communication between clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs with measurable deliverables.
Track and report on Meta Ads campaign performance and present data-driven insights to clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, and content teams to translate client goals into actionable briefs and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery within approved budgets.
2+ years of experience within a marketing agency environment, with solid exposure to client account management.
Familiarity with Meta Ads performance metrics and reporting, with the ability to analyze campaign results and present clear performance insights to clients.
Previous experience with E-commerce or DTC brands.
Familiar with Project Management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack, Loom, etc.
