Job Description

A facility  near La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time  Phlebotomist to join their team!  

Pay Range: $19-$24/ hr  (based on experience) 

Phlebotomist Opportunity:  

• Full-time, permanent position  
• Schedule: Mon-Fri; Evening Shift; with weekend rotation required  
• Open to new graduates  
• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures (venipuncture, heel and finger sticks, urine and drug screens for DOT and Non-DOT clients) across all age groups, ensures accurate documentation, processes lab orders in Epic, and prepares specimens for send-out and daily courier pickup.  
• Supports laboratory operations through inventory management, clerical tasks, verifying reference lab billing, and ensuring proper documentation and resolution of lab orders.  

Phlebotomist Qualifications:  

• Phlebotomist must have certification from a nationally accredited agency (NCPT, NCCT, ASCP, NHA) 
• Previous phlebotomy or lab   experience   preferred  
• BLS upon hire
