About the Position:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our international private school in the beautiful mountain city of Guiyang. This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance.
Position Details:
• Subject: Primary School (General/Homeroom)
• Students' Age: 6-12 years old
• Class Size: 30-35 students
• Workload: 15-20 class hours per week (40 minutes per class)
• Schedule: Weekends off
• Contract Length: 1 year (renewable)

Benefit Details
Basic Salary 24,000 – 26,000 RMB/month (pre-tax, inclusive of housing allowance)
Summer Holiday Fully paid (2 months)
Winter Holiday Fully paid (1 month)
Flight Allowance Yes – provided
Relocation Allowance 2,500 RMB moving expenses
Medical Insurance Comprehensive coverage provided
Public Holidays All Chinese public holidays + Christmas holidays
Family Benefit FREE tuition for teacher's children at primary school level

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Native English speaker preferred
• Teaching qualification (TEFL/TESOL/PGCE preferred)
• Experience teaching primary-aged students preferred
