Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To succeed in this position, you should bring strong expertise in the following areas:

• Core Software Testing: Strong experience in QA methodologies, manual and automated test script creation, and comprehensive test execution.
• Test Planning & Execution: Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios for system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Defect Tracking & Reporting: Skilled at documenting test results, logging defects, tracking quality metrics accurately, and communicating findings to technical teams.
• Documentation & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create user documentation, technical documentation, and project process workflows.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Experience testing large-scale enterprise-level applications .
• Hands-on familiarity with modern automated testing tools and QA best practices.
• Public Sector / State-level project experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand end-user business processes to design highly effective test scenarios and procedures.
• Execute test scripts to validate application functionality, performance, and post-implementation success.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
