Akkodis is seeking a QA Salesforce & Automation lead for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will oversee end‑to‑end QA delivery while applying deep Salesforce testing expertise, developing robust automation frameworks, and managing defect tracking to ensure high‑quality product releases .
Rate Range: $44/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA Salesforce & Automation lead job responsibilities include:
Lead the QA team and oversee end‑to‑end testing activities across Salesforce and integrated applications.
Define test strategy, create test plans, and drive automation best practices.
Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and automation test suites.
Implement, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium/WebdriverIO and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and test documentation using tools like JIRA or qTest.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide quality insights, test metrics, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of overall QA experience with strong expertise in automation and Salesforce testing.
Proven experience leading QA teams and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium/WebdriverIO.
Strong hands‑on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines.
