We’re looking for a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) Clinical Support Nurse to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team here at Interim HealthCare of the black Hills. This role is essential in helping us deliver exceptional care, maintain compliance, and continuously elevate how we serve our patients and community. Your work will directly impact quality outcomes, clinician success, and patient satisfaction. What You’ll Do

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinicians to provide feedback and education
• Support QAPI initiatives and performance improvement efforts
• Assist with audits, chart reviews, and process improvement
• Help maintain our high standards for patient care and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license
• Experience in home health or hospice (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback and education
• A team-oriented mindset with a heart for patient advocacy
• A desire to grow, improve, and be part of something meaningful
