Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: CA (Remote / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the design, build-out, and continuous optimization of reporting and analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care functions. This role will manage a small team of analysts and serve as the central hub connecting campaign performance data, sales pipeline metrics, and customer experience insights into actionable intelligence for leadership.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business acumen-able to write SQL queries, build dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools, and translate data into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how the organization measures, understands, and improves its revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care using Salesforce, Excel, and BI/visualization tools.
  • Develop and standardize KPIs and performance metrics across the revenue lifecycle-from lead generation through deal closure and post-sale satisfaction.
  • Create campaign-level attribution reporting to measure marketing ROI across digital channels, partnerships, and customer touchpoints.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on sales funnel performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer care trends to surface actionable insights.

CRM & Data Management
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and building reports and dashboards.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and analysis needs.
  • Partner with technical teams to improve data pipelines and integrations, ensuring accurate data flow between marketing platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions, report logic, and business rules for consistency and institutional knowledge.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor two analysts, providing direction on priorities, development, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Compliance to align reporting with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in revenue processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support campaign planning with historical benchmarks and predictive analysis.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics comply with industry regulations and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboards, data management)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modeling)
  • Experience building and managing marketing campaign and sales pipeline reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

Preferred:
  • Experience in financial services, lending, or related industry
  • Familiarity with loan products or regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and partner marketing programs
  • Experience with call center reporting, lead routing, and customer care analytics
