Role Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Agentforce / Einstein AI and OmniStudio (Vlocity) to deliver AI-driven Salesforce solutions and digital workflows in a remote Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements ( BRD, User Stories, UAT )
Define AI use cases (Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud)
Work on OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor)
Design process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
Collaborate with stakeholders and remote teams
Required Skills
7+ years Salesforce BA experience
Strong in Sales / Service Cloud + Agile
Hands-on Agentforce / Einstein AI
Hands-on OmniStudio (Vlocity)
Nice to Have
Data Cloud, CPQ, FSC
API / Integration experience
Salesforce certifications
