Responbilities

• Conduct functional workshops with business departments and key users to gather requirements.
• Participate in functional design and validation committees to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Analyze and propose enhancements to the Salesforce platform to optimize internal processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Salesforce specifications.
• Act as a reference for Salesforce solutions across various stakeholders.
• Implement Salesforce Platform configurations, including complex flows, following Agile methodology.
• Maintain and develop Salesforce expertise through training and certifications.

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience with Salesforce configuration expertise.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is a plus.
• Strong determination, rigor, and the ability to manage and follow up on client requests.
• Deep understanding of organizational structures and user needs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, users, developers, architects, and IT specialists.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Autonomy, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in higher education or complex service-oriented environments.
• Knowledge of cross-channel marketing, customer journey mapping, or omnichannel contact centers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management practices.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
