Salesforce Senior Business Analyst/SME

o A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience
o Write user stories via Jira
o Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance
o Responsible for user and product documentation
o Responsible for business process mapping
o Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project
o Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners
