• We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, Salesforce platform capabilities, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs within the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Design and implement custom solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and system usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with overall business strategies and objectives.
• Perform quality assurance testing to validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Define processes, standard operating procedures, and prepare technical documentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and flow automations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data quality, and data cleansing.
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce implementation and administration.

• Must be available for extended, varied work hours at times

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
• General office environment
• May require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area
• Long-distance or air travel as needed - approximately 5% travel
