Responsibilities  

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Help customers select bakery items, sandwiches, and beverages
• Take accurate orders and process payments through the POS system
• Prepare and serve coffee and basic drinks
• Package pastries, breads, and food items neatly for customers
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and display area following food safety standards
• Restock bakery displays and assist the team with opening, closing, and daily tasks

Skills  

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Good communication and ability to interact with customers professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant preferred but not required.
• Barista experience.
