Job Description

The Streaming and Video Production Specialist serves as a key supporting member of the production team, providing technical expertise and operational support for live streaming and video production services. This role works under the direction of the Streaming and Video Manager and collaborates closely with team members to ensure high-quality production outcomes. The Specialist focuses on execution, technical support, and day-to-day production needs while contributing to team development and continuous improvement efforts.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of video production best practices, with an understanding of current and emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Ability to quickly learn new equipment, software, and workflows, and assist in supporting team members in their use.
• Strong professionalism and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure production environments.
• Working knowledge of live streaming platforms, workflows, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Solid understanding of video production systems, including cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and system integration.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience supporting the development of workflows, scopes of work, and basic production documentation.
• Proficiency in basic video editing and post-production processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with team members and stakeholders.
