Fleet Maintenance Specialist
Location: 3101 S Packerland Dr, Green Bay, WI 54313

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM (3rd Shift)
Pay: $20-$22/hour

Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to support our drivers when equipment issues or breakdowns occur. In this role, you will serve as a key contact, providing guidance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our fleet remains safe and compliant.
Responsibilities:
Respond to calls and messages from drivers regarding truck and trailer issues
Provide troubleshooting and temporary solutions while following DOT regulations
Diagnose breakdowns and coordinate repairs and diagnostics with external vendors
Review and approve detailed repair estimates
Create and update work orders and track repair status
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical degree in diesel technology preferred, not required
Minimum 1 year of diesel or automotive repair experience
Basic computer skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
