Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial tracking and QuickBooks management across multiple retail locations.

This role is focused on accuracy and consistency — ensuring invoices, bank transactions, and credit card activity are properly recorded, monitored, and kept up to date at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QuickBooks across multiple entities
• Enter, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper payment tracking
• Monitor bank activity and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
• Track and reconcile multiple credit cards across different stores
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly reports to provide clear visibility into financials
• Ensure nothing is missed, duplicated, or incorrectly recorded

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized across multiple entities/accounts
