**Job Title: Breakfast Server**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Servers to join our hospitality team and help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Breakfast Server, you will be the face of our breakfast service, providing warm and attentive service to ensure guests start their day on a positive note.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the breakfast dining area.
- Present and explain menu options, making personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences or dietary needs.
- Accurately take and place orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of all food and beverage items.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including setting and resetting tables, refilling condiments, and efficiently clearing used tableware.
- Remain attentive to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, responding swiftly to requests and inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation and set-up of the breakfast buffet or food stations, ensuring items are fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a clean and safe dining experience for guests.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- A customer-focused attitude, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
