NOW HIRING: REGIONAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR
Location: Northern NJ / Southern NY Border (Mahwah & Surrounding) Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time Management Salary: $52,000–$55,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus
The Mission
Lead a high-performing team of 5–9 Merchandisers across 26 retail locations. You aren't just managing displays; you are building the retail partnerships that keep our floral brand thriving. This is a long-term, direct-hire leadership career—not a temporary contract.
Compensation & Perks
- Annual Salary: $52,000–$55,000.
- Performance Bonus: 5–7% quarterly bonus potential.
- Mileage: $0.70 per mile (reimbursement starts from your "Home Store").
- Phone: $30 monthly cellphone allowance.

Schedule & Travel
- Work Week: 5 days (Monday–Saturday; Tuesday or Wednesday off).
- The Mix: 4 days in the field / 1 day remote.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 5–9 Merchandisers; step in to cover routes personally if a team member is out.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with Store Managers to ensure brand standards and immaculate displays.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee 26 total stores, ensuring inventory and aesthetics meet our world-class standards.
The essential functions of this role include:
- manual lifting up to 40lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working weekends
Skills
