The role of our R&D department is to formulate, develop and test processes to obtain a perfectly reliable highly developed formulas according to international standards of quality. Where formulators test each standard formula for potency, emulsification, density, color, pH, particle size (if a DP or WP), and suspension (if a liquid).
Product’s identity is also verified : A formula must be stable : accelerated storage tests are conducted , were products are subjected to high temperatures for a short period , then checked for effectiveness , shelf life must extend past two years .
Files are kept for each raw material, active ingredient, formulation and packaged item, and samples are stored for three years.
